The Sibarius restaurant located at Avenida Francesc Macià number 62, Sabadell, will start for the first time the Gastronomic Days of the Catalan cuisine.

In this first edition we propose a tasting menu with a small sample of the variety and richness of Catalan cuisine with top quality ingredients. On this occasion, our gastronomic proposal is composed of traditional dishes such as monkfish stew with mussels and almond sauce or timbale of “escalivada” (roasted vegetables), goat cheese and romesco sauce, among other dishes. In addition, we incorporate an innovative combination such as Vic’s fuet (catalan dry cured pork sausage) tartar and olive cream, a combination of flavors that will not leave you indifferent. All this gastronomic variety for a closed price of € 18 per person.

However, there is the option of pairing the dishes with beverages and excellent wines, with the "Pairing Menu" for € 25 per person, where you can taste the white wine René Barbier D.O. Catalunya, the red wine Garbó Semi Crianza D.O. Montsant or the Rigol Brut Nature cava, all of them at the hands of Freixenet.

The tasting menu of the gastronomic days will be available from 9th to 19th May.
